Paul Wesley (aka Pawel Tomasz Wesley) is an award-winning actor, producer and director of films most well-known for his work on the television show The Vampire Diaries. His work on the show has earned him numerous distinctions, awards, and nominations. These include those of the Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". Wesley was raised in New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his college years, he demonstrated an interest in acting. Rutgers University was his next stop. Despite this however, once he realized his immense potential and knew that he was destined to create a career out of his extraordinary acting skills then the actor decided to drop out. He first appeared on The American TV show Another World. Two years later he appeared as a leading character on 'Wolf Lake a TV series airing through the CBS network. In the following year, when he landed the character of Stefan Salvatore for the American television show The Vampire Diaries, his professional life was completely transformed. He has also directed several episodes from the TV series. Since his first appearance as a director in The Last Run in 1999 He has appeared appearing in other movies that have been viewed by millions of people. In the last few years, he has appeared on Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer. On social media, he's got well over 13 millions followers on Instagram.
